FP MaestroJet High-Speed Color Press
The FP MaestroJet is a high-speed, full-color digital printing solution designed for demanding print and mailing environments. Powered by the HP FI-1000 print engine, it produces vibrant, professional-quality CMYK prints at speeds of up to 10,000 #10 envelopes per hour. Its durable, UV- and water-resistant pigment inks deliver sharp, long-lasting results.
With a print area of up to 11.7″ wide × 30″ long, the MaestroJet can handle a wide variety of applications, including full-bleed envelopes, cards, invitations, paper bags, posters, table tents, and other specialty media. It can print variable addresses, logos, messaging, images, QR codes, and permit information in a single pass.
The MaestroJet is designed for ease of use and production efficiency, featuring an intelligent high-capacity feeder, Perfect Aligner technology, automatic print-head cleaning, electronic media thickness control, and a 7″ color touchscreen. Jobs can be stored and quickly recalled, helping operators reduce setup time and keep production moving.
A wide range of optional equipment allows the MaestroJet to grow with your operation, including 36″ and 72″ conveyors, stackers, ink dryers, high-capacity drop trays, adjustable tables, RIP software, and USPS® mail automation software. It can also be paired with an FP folder inserter to automate folding and inserting, reducing manual labor and increasing production efficiency.
