The FPi 4000 Series is designed to handle demanding workloads with high-capacity components and multiple configuration options.

Depending on the configuration, the system can accommodate:

• Up to 300 envelopes in the high-capacity envelope feeder
• Up to 300 reply envelopes in the insert feeder
• Up to 325 sheets per sheet feeder
• Up to 500 finished envelopes with the optional vertical exit stacker
• Up to 5 sheets of 20 lb. paper for Daily Mail applications

The high-capacity insert feeder can handle everything from individual inserts to pre-folded tri-fold brochures, giving your organization greater flexibility for invoices, statements, notices, communications, and marketing materials.

The FPi 4000 Series uses document feed detection to monitor document thickness, length, and stream, helping ensure that the right documents are assembled together.

Safe Seal Technology securely seals envelope flaps before mail exits the inserter, providing an additional level of security for sensitive and regulated documents.

Optional 2D barcode and OMR scanning can further enhance document integrity, verification, and automated set assembly—helping reduce the need for manual sorting and grouping.
